# Visual edits

> Use visual edits to modify UI elements, adjust layouts, and update styling without writing code.

**Visual edits** is a no-code visual editor that lets you customize your project visually and make fast, targeted changes to layouts, text, colors, and images without writing code. This makes it easy for anyone to update a project quickly and confidently, regardless of technical experience.

## Usage limits

Visual edits are free, with a daily usage limit.

* 100 edits per user every 24 hours
* 500 edits per IP address every 24 hours
* When the limit is reached, additional edits require credits
* Limits reset automatically every 24 hours

## Visual editing capabilities

The visual editor gives you full control over your UI directly in the live preview.

* **Select and edit any element** on the page
* **Multi-select elements** using `⌘ Command`(Mac) or `⊞ Win`(Windows)
* **Layout controls** for alignment and positioning
* **Adjust margins and padding** on individual sides of containers
* **Edit text, colors, and fonts** directly from the sidebar
* **Apply advanced text formatting**, including line breaks and styling
* **Replace images** by uploading files or adding image URLs
* **Generate AI images** by editing images with prompts

## Quick start

1. Click **Visual edits** in the prompt box.
2. Select any element in the live preview.
3. Make changes using the visual editing panel.
4. Preview updates in real time.
5. Click **Send**.
